Competition conditions

1. Title: "Men of Hope"
2. Last date for receipt of applications: 03.03.2025
3. Only Catholics and Christians can participate in this competition.
4. Eligible age groups to participate:
5. First Age Group – Below 18 years (School/Sunday School)
6. Second Age Group – Above 18 years (Open Category)
7. If dialogue is used, short films can be submitted in Sinhala, Tamil and English language medium and there will be no grouping according to medium in the competition.
8. Only one design can be submitted per team.
9. Short film should be limited to 3 – 5 minutes.
10. Design can be created using a camera or mobile phone and must be submitted for the competition in Full HD quality.
11. Last date for acceptance of designs: 25.04.2025
12. The design submitted by you must be submitted on weekdays before 25.04.2025 at 12:00 AM. 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. between 3.30 p.m. can be brought and handed over to the department by pen drive or other suitable medium, otherwise it should be forwarded to the department by any other suitable medium.
13. Send the application prepared by you to the Department with the recommendation of the Head of Mission/Principal/Head of Institute before 03.03.2025.
14. In completing the application form, the name of the group, address and two easy contact telephone numbers should also be mentioned. In addition to this, it is mandatory to enter a WhatsApp number.
