In an initiative to expand accessible public services, specialized mobile consular teams will conduct outreach camps across designated regional divisions. These mobile units are fully equipped with live biometric capture devices, document verification counters, and digital payment facilities.

Community members can submit passport renewals, register dual citizenship documentation, and obtain consular clearances without the requirement of traveling to the central Head Office in Battaramulla. Full schedules and venue locations are published weekly.
